PT My training sessions are put together with the sole aim of helping you achieve your personal goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight or just tone up for that forthcoming holiday! Sessions are available on a 1-2-1 basis or if you prefer, I offer group training sessions with your friends. Each session is set out with a clear aim and is designed so that if you put your best effort in you will not fail!

All my training sessions have the option of adding on a nutritional advice package too, where we can work together to plan your meals and snacks in the best way to boost your training and to enable you to reach your goals faster!
Body Toning Looking to tone up for that holiday? Got a special occasion in the not too distant future? There is a reason that martial artists are among the fittest athletes out there! With my simple yet effective training sessions you can tone up for that special occasion or holiday without the need for expensive and boring gyms! All my sessions require minimal equipment! The main thing is my simple mantra - the more you enjoy the training the more you will get out of it!
